WALKASSE WARRANTY CONDITIONS

First let us congratulate you for using our products and thank you for choosing us.

Walkasse products undergo a thorough inspection before leaving the factory. However, some times unfit parts may create troubles. Pls., read carefully the following warranty terms.
All Walkasse products have a 2 yr warranty against material and assembly defects. Warranty term begins when you buy your Walkasse product, hence an invoice or similar is needed to asses the purchase date.
For claiming the warranty you just need the invoice or a receipt or simply the purchase ticket, where the following info must be present:
- name of product
- purchase date
- sellers data
Warranty will be void if the Walkasse product has been used inappropriately. Walkasse products must be used according to its specifications and according to their nominal function. Damage to people caused by accidents or negligent use of Walkasse product will not be covered by this warranty.
